- An expression used to request ATS (air traffic services) priority handling for a medical evacuation flight based on a medical emergency in the air transportation of patients, organ donors, organs, or other urgently needed life-saving medical material. The pilot uses this expression in flight plans and in radiotelephone communications if he or she determines that a priority is required.
